Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, mix and garnish drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within a team that values diversity, integrity, and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage-service or bar setting preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage guest inquiries.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests.
• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Process payments using the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory and ensure drink quality.
• Follow company policies and safety standards while delivering service.
