TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking a bartender to mix and serve drinks, engage guests, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to handle payments efficiently in a dynamic bar environment.

The position involves maintaining a clean bar, verifying ages, and complying with safety standards. TIPS certification is a plus and must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchase.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take orders, serve, and clear food/beverage for guests at tables in bar/lounge areas.
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Monitor for intoxicated guests and follow safety procedures.
• Prepare beverage requisitions to maintain par levels as needed.
• Complete required side work before shift end.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
