Job summary

Summit Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender for the Hotel Division to craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes and standards. You will issue, open, and serve wine, beer, and cocktails, acting as an ambassador for our service-first culture in a visible hotel role.

The position requires experience in fast-paced venues like hotels, restaurants, or clubs, with availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or banquet facilities with high volume and active serving environments.
• Exceptional people-pleasing orientation.
• Strong professional and personal work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, train others, and develop and maintain positive work relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests are of proper age to consume alcohol by following regulations.
• Prepare drinks and serve according to standard and measuring standards.
• Maintain clean and professional uniform/pappearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards and show appreciation.
• Follow corporate safety and security policies; report accidents/injuries.
• Complete and maintain safety training and certifications.
• Communicate with others clearly and professionally.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team to reach goals.
• Complete brand required training.
