Job summary

Two Rivers Country Club in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender for a part-time, year-round role to provide exceptional beverage experiences. Shifts are 3:00 pm–10:00 pm, Wednesday through Sunday, with up to 29 hours per week.

You will mix classic cocktails, create innovative drinks, interact with members, handle a POS system, and keep the bar organized and clean. Base pay is $6–$8 per hour plus tip share and potential add-on gratuities.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Shifts: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Wednesday-Sunday

Two Rivers Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Bartender to provide exceptional beverage experiences! You must be able to mix classic cocktails and innovative drinks that exceed our members’ expectations.

This part-time, year-round position offers under 29 hours per week. Dinner shifts run Wednesday-Sunday 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm.

Hourly pay rate $6.00-$8.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. The average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.
