Job summary

The Filler is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will create and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Immediate need for Friday Day shift and Monday day shift. Open availability is a must. This is a part-time position with hourly pay in the $20.00-$35.00 range, plus benefits such as

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safe serving practices.
• Experience with POS systems for processing orders and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Some light fryer cooking at times.
• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and menu changes.
