Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is seeking a skilled Bartender to support beverage service across the restaurant, bar, and lounge, upholding the Ramsay Standard and Four Seasons luxury guest experience. You will demonstrate menu knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and deliver personalized, professional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires fluent English, a keen eye for detail, and 1–2 years in a luxury setting. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Fluent English required.

About the role:

The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, supporting seamless beverageservice throughout the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas to elevate the overall guest experience. TheBartenderis responsible fordelivering exceptional service from start to finish bydemonstratingstrong menu knowledge,anticipatingguest needs, and ensuring each interaction feels personalizedand professional. Bartenders are expected to strictly follow state and city alcohol laws whileproviding quick and efficient beverage service to Servers and hotel guests. A thorough workingknowledgeof all products served by the bar is essential. This position plays a vital role in upholdingservice standards,maintainingsmooth operations, and contributing to a welcoming and memorableatmosphere. The restaurant embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards whileoperatingunderthe“Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-levelrestaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and isoverseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.

Schedule & Hours:

The working hours will vary and may include morning, days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, as well as holidays. Sundays and Mondays are required.
