About the Role

The Assistant Manager works closely with the Restaurant General Manager and other Assistant Managers to run a smooth and successful operation in all Restaurant & Bar activities. The role includes leading organization, training, service quality, scheduling, staff administration, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in the Restaurant and Bar/lounge.

What We Are Looking For

We seek an individual passionate about guest service. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, be able to perform to Four Seasons standards, learn the Sequence of Service, perform side work, greet and seat guests in the hostess’s absence, take reservations, and use the Micros Operating System. Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required. An outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request are essential.
