Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co in Naples, FL is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender who can craft high-quality cocktails, deliver friendly, efficient service, and maintain a clean, inviting bar in a fast-paced resort environment.

Candidate should know beverages, liquors and wines, be able to pair wines with meals, handle cash following procedures, operate tablets or POS systems, and collaborate with the kitchen and servers to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Minimum 2 years bartending in high-volume venue, preferably in Southwest Florida.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets / iPads for ordering and payments.

Responsibilities

• Curate guests’ bar experience by making recommendations.
• Knowledge of all beverages including liquors and wines.
• Serve guests efficiently in a courteous manner following service steps.
• Maintain bar area and cleanliness; handle cash and payments.
• Follow safe and responsible alcohol serving practices.
