Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co is seeking two enthusiastic Part-Time Bar Backs for Trilith Guesthouse in Fayetteville, GA. You’ll support bartenders, stock bar items, and ensure guests receive timely service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in hospitality, and strong communication skills. Experience with POS systems and beverage knowledge is essential. This is a part-time, on-site role with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or higher.
• Hospitality experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner.
• Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes.
• Ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumables.
• Clean glasses, utensils, tools, and bar equipment.
• Run food from kitchen to bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide guests with menu knowledge including ingredients and prices.
• Maintain par levels for beer, wine, liquor, and consumables.
• Assist in receiving and unloading bar items; maintain inventory.
• Keep bar, cooler, and storage area clean and organized.

The Bar Back will also be responsible for helping all other staff and operations to maintain a well-organized, clean, and well-stocked outlet.
