Job summary

Grinders Above and Beyond in Alliance, OH is seeking a part-time bartender. Knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine plus friendly, attentive service will help you deliver a great dining experience.

Must be 21+, prior experience preferred. You’ll help with bar setup, take orders, manage cash, and support the team during busy shifts. Flexible hours and employee benefits included. Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer and wine.
• After training, will have knowledge of all food and beverage items offered on menu.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and go above and beyond to make sure they have the best dining experience.
• Arranges and sets up guests tables.
• Keeps bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Responsible for having server bank, counting back change, cashing out guests.
• Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
• Serves guests speedily and accurately.
• Ability to bar top and guest tables.
