Job summary

Grinders Above and Beyond in Alliance, OH is seeking a Part-Time Server who will greet guests warmly, assist in dining room setup, and contribute to a smooth, friendly guest experience. You will support fellow staff and handle basic cash-out procedures during service.

After training, you’ll manage multiple tables per section, ensuring accuracy and speed while maintaining high standards of hospitality in a family-owned environment.

• Ability to handle five tables per section.
• Cash handling and counting back change; cashing out guests.
