Job summary

Grinders Above and Beyond is a family owned restaurant inviting you to join our team after training, where you will learn every food and beverage item on the menu. You will greet guests with a warm smile, set up tables in your assigned section, manage the server bank, and cash out guests.

We value teamwork and speed, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Ideal applicants will be able to handle five tables per section and support other staff as needed, while complying with

Qualifications

• After training, will have knowledge of all food and beverage items offered on menu.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and go above and beyond to make sure they have the best dining experience.
• Arranges and sets up guests tables in assigned section.
• Responsible for having server bank, counting back change, cashing out guests.
• Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
• Serves guests speedily and accurately.
• Ability to handle five tables per section.
