Bartender, Nick's Quorum - Hilton Omaha

The Hilton Omaha is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as bartenders at Nick's Quorum. We offer competitive wages of $12.00 per hour plus tips and opportunities for career growth within Hilton Omaha.

Nick's Quorum, inspired by Omaha's historic Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, is a modern bar and supper club serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods, our menu features reinterpretations of classic supper club dishes and a full bar with signature cocktails and playful after-dinner drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and standards
• Serve beverages and food to guests
• Verify guest identification and serve alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
• Stock and maintain the bar supplies and perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests
