Thrive Restaurant Group in Kentucky is seeking a friendly Bartender to create a welcoming bar atmosphere, mix cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and interact with guests as part of our family‑focused team. You will handle opening/closing duties, serve food and drinks, and manage guest checks, with compensation based on tip credits plus tips.

The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to work in a fast-paced, community‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Stands during the entire shift.
• Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes.
• Ability to wipe down surfaces and transport glass racks up to 25 pounds.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Interacts with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Slices garnishes for drinks.
• Presents checks and handles transactions.
• Relays food orders to kitchen via POS.
