Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest service and take drink orders.
• Serve alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages, and process payments.
• Operate the POS terminal and perform cashier duties.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and ID checks.
• Set up and break down bar per department policies.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the work area.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
