Keeping bars stocked with supplies; including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and paper products in accordance with departmental procedures to ensure our teams can provide world class guest service.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Interacting with our guests to ensure they have a positive experience.* Uses point of sale terminal and completes other cashiering functions.* Consistently applies knowledge of state liquor laws including proper identification procedures, monitoring levels of intoxication, intervention strategies, refusal of service, and shutoff procedures.* Responsible for the handling all payment methods.* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.* Performs other related duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* A successful candidate must be over 21 years of age.* Must be dependable, flexible, and available to work any shift, especially nights and weekends.* This is a standing position, and includes bending and lifting, you must be able to do this job effectively for an 8-hour shift.* Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Work Shift:****Wages:**This role offers a starting wage of $17.13 per hour.
