Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to join the GNFA hospitality team at Georgia’s premier venues. You will work front-of-house during events, set up and break down the bar, and deliver exceptional guest service with VIP-style care.

This seasonal/part-time role requires 2+ years of bartending experience, high school diploma or GED, and excellent communication and grooming standards. Tips are earned, with daily meals provided per shift and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years of bartending experience preferred.
  • Must be a phenomenal communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down the bar for events in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional service and greet guests at the bar.
  • Coordinate with bar back for replenishment during shifts.
  • Maintain bar organization and cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Ensure accurate, timely service and assist with other duties as needed.

This standard was upheld through the expansion into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services by providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, & more.

Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider for GNFA hospitality and concessions,is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join the team at GNFA. This position will work with the front ofhouseteam inthe hospitalityand clubsuites at various events in one of Georgia’s premier venues.

This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.
  • Sets bar upin a timely manner.
  • Communicatewell with bar back during event toassistthem with replenishment during shift.
  • Greetingall guests andgivingexceptional customer service.
  • Attentive toguests’needs throughout the entire event.Provides accurate and timely service.
  • Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
  • Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.
  • Performs other related duties asrequired.
Qualifications
  • Education and/or Experience:High school diploma, GED or equivalent;additionalcertification in mixology or hospitality is a plus
  • 2+ years of bartending experiencepreferred
  • Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator.
  • Must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain proper certifications
  • Mustbe extremely hardworking and organized.
  • Mustbe exceedingly responsible and accountable.
  • Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
  • Knowledge of upscale/VIP service stylesrequired.

Work Environment The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of GNFA.
