We are hiring immediately for full-time BARTENDER positions.

• Location: American Airlines - 10701 Lambert International Boulevard, Main Street, Saint Louis, MO 63145. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm; additional details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of previous bartending experience is preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up bars, stock beer, wine, spirits, supplies, and garnishes.
• Maintain stock and prepare garnishes and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks, practice portion control.
• Check IDs for guests.
• Detect and manage guest intoxication, demonstrate liquor law knowledge.
• Handle cash, verify charges, record transactions, and ensure vouchers are correct.
• Secure all beverage and food items, cash drops, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other assigned duties.
