About Us

Who We Hire

Thorough, careful, and detail-focused team players for the position of professional house cleaner.

Ideal Candidates

Patient team players who are consistent and attentive to detail, capable of performing the 'little things' that allow us to reward high-quality work.

What We Offer

• $18.00/hour (including cleaning, driving, & prep time)
• Not a commission-based company
• Starting pay: $690-$765/week ($35,360-$39,260/year) based on 36-40 hours/week, plus tips
• Pay on Demand: Access wages as soon as 1 day after work
• Guaranteed minimum pay of $625/week (before taxes) for a full five-day week
• No nights or weekends; start at 7:45 AM, typically off by 4:15-5:15 PM
• Paid time off: holidays, vacation, sick days, birthday off; 17 days/year for 1-year employees, 25 days for 5-year employees
• Benefits: Dental, Vision, Medical, 401K
• Advancement opportunities: 3 locations in St. Louis and potential for management roles
• Comprehensive training: 8-week program led by experienced management
