Responsibilities

• Pool / on-call position.
• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and a friendly, safe work environment.
• Check identification and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
