Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, professional manner and ensure satisfaction.
• Assign servers to sections and manage reservations.
• Maintain entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and create a friendly, safe work environment.
• Maintain neat, professional personal appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Know all menu items and answer guest questions accurately.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
