You will deliver high-quality guest experiences, maintain bar cleanliness, and provide menu knowledge while facilitating smooth service during shifts.

• Check identification and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Pool / on-call position
• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
