White Lodging is seeking a weekend and evening host/cashier for our Champions sports bar and restaurant located at the Courtyard & Residence Inn, Marriott on 4th St in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes welcoming guests, managing reservations, and delivering a smooth dining experience.

Ideal candidates will have an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for service in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Weekend/evening availability required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
