Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Bartender to welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes precision, knowledge of beer and spirits, and strict adherence to safety and health standards.

The bartender will handle cash and card payments, maintain inventory, and assist with closing procedures while delivering excellent guest experiences. This is a full-service restaurant position with tips opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 21+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong beer and spirits knowledge.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergens.
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately.
• Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and to specifications.
• Replenish stock during the shift.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout shift.
• Verify age 21+ before serving alcohol.
• Process payments and close guest checks.
• Escalate complaints to management when necessary.
• Adhere to safety and liquor laws.
