Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Bartender to warmly welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll use POS systems, verify 21+ age, and maintain accuracy in orders while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 21+ years of age.
• Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong beer and spirits knowledge.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergens.
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Take and enter orders into POS promptly and accurately.
• Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and to specifications.
• Ensure stock is replenished during the shift.
• Maintain customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Comply with safety and health department procedures and liquor laws.
• Record and report equipment failures or safety hazards as needed.
• Assist with closing procedures and other tasks as assigned.
