Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to obtain required state work cards.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of beer and spirits.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent guest relations and safety awareness.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Experience in full-service restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with menu, pricing, and allergen information.
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Take and enter orders into POS promptly.
• Ensure timely service and preparation.
• Maintain stock and assist with closing procedures.
• Move furniture as directed by management.
• Verify age 21+ before serving.
• Provide service to food servers in a timely manner.
• Follow precise drink recipes.
• Organize and prioritize service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Comply with safety and liquor laws.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Process guest payments and close checks.
• Record and report equipment issues.
• Ensure proper check-out procedures.
• Keep bartop clean and organized.
• Report safety hazards to management.
• Rotate liquor, beer, wine and consumables.
• Monitor intoxicated or disruptive guests.
