Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Bartender to greet guests, take orders, mix drinks with precision, and maintain a high-energy, guest-focused bar. You’ll ensure accurate orders, efficient service, and adherence to safety and alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Two years of related experience preferred for bartending roles.
• Experience with POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and standard bar service procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Provide menu details, pricing, and allergen information.
• Enter orders into POS system promptly.
• Ensure timely service and proper checkouts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas.
• Monitor guest IDs and comply with age restrictions.
• Follow recipes and standard drink preparation procedures.
• Handle cash, cards, and other tender types securely.
• Assist with stocking and setup/teardown as needed.
