Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Bartender to warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of beverages and food. You’ll balance speed with guest experience in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

As a Bartender, you will leverage beer and spirits knowledge, manage POS transactions, and maintain safety and sanitation standards while supporting the team’s efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 21+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong beer and spirits knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information about menu items, pricing and allergens.
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all food and drinks are served promptly and to specifications.
• Maintain stock and assist with replenishment during shift.
• Interact professionally with guests and manage service flow.
• Verify guest age of 21+ before serving alcohol.
• Assist service staff and follow drink recipes as prescribed.
• Ensure proper check-out procedures and handle payments.
