RAM Hotels in the Birmingham, Alabama area is seeking a friendly bartender to join our team. You will deliver stellar guest experiences, serve drinks, and maintain brand standards while working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in Food & Beverage, excellent customer service, and the stamina to stand for long periods. You will operate the POS system, knowledge of menu, and assist guests with local recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service; anticipate guest needs.
• Complete brand-specific training; adhere to health and safety guidelines; know fire alarm procedures.
• Operate the POS system; keep station clean and well stocked; follow brand standards.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
