Qualifications

• Age 21+ as required by state law.
• Able to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Constant standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's.
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
