The role emphasizes responsible alcohol service, menu knowledge, teamwork, and contributing to a polished bar atmosphere with clean workstations and attentive guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or food & beverage service preferred.
• Ability to craft cocktails and serve beverages responsibly.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with accurate recipes and appealing presentation.
• Serve wine, beer, and cocktails while checking IDs for legal drinking age.
• Maintain a well‑stocked bar and organized inventory to support smooth operations.
• Engage with guests professionally, take orders, and suggest menu items and daily specials.
• Promote specials and unique offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all food & beverage regulations and ABC guidelines.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups to stay informed about promotions and updates.
• Assist with inventory counts and restock as needed.
• Accurately report gratuities according to company policy.
