Job summary

Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking a bartender for a swing shift part-time position. You will provide exceptional guest service at the bar, mix cocktails per specifications, manage bar stock, and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service.

The role requires prior beverage service experience, knowledge of ID checks, and accurate cash handling. You will be standing for long periods and may lift materials as needed to support a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in alcohol beverage service.
• Knowledge of liquor service standards, compliance laws, and responsible service techniques.
• Ability to complete alcohol service training.
• Working knowledge of acceptable forms of identification and detecting altered IDs.
• Proficiency in counting money and making correct change.
• Ability to create a positive guest experience to encourage repeat business.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stock beer, soda, liquor, glassware, and paper products at shift start/end.
• Make cocktails according to specifications and offer drink recommendations.
• Keep the bar area clean and wash bar dishes.
• Enter all drink orders into the POS system accurately.

• Identify signs of intoxication and stop service appropriately.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Bartender, you'll need:
