Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a Bartender to greet guests, take drink orders, prepare beverages, and ensure excellent guest service in a busy hospitality setting. The role requires serving alcohol responsibly, maintaining bar cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to deliver memorable experiences.

The position offers hourly pay of $15.60 with shifts including 1st and 2nd, weekends and holidays, and includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Stand, walk or sit for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with guests, takes orders, serves drinks, and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar area and related equipment; adheres to portion controls.
• Prepares drinks according to recipes and verifies guests are of legal drinking age.
• Supports other departments to ensure excellent guest service; follows safety procedures.
