Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Bartender to provide friendly, courteous service and create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest enjoyment and the gaming experience. You will deliver outstanding service, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute to a memorable visit for all guests.

Responsibilities include taking beverage orders, preparing drinks, stocking and cleaning the bar, and supporting servers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient with iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift.
• Interact courteously with guests and team members; demonstrate resilience in difficult situations.
• Take beverage orders, prepare drinks, and deliver orders promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive guest relations and resolve minor disputes.
• Stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juices, empty trash, and keep bar areas clean.
• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
• Back up servers and help seat guests when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
