Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Bartender to provide friendly, courteous service and create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest enjoyment and the gaming experience. You will deliver outstanding service, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute to a memorable visit for all guests.

Responsibilities include taking beverage orders, preparing drinks, stocking and cleaning the bar, and supporting servers as needed.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Bartenders provide friendly, courteous, and family-style service to all guests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall guest and gaming experience.

Bartenders must efficiently serve patrons in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Each bartender plays a key role in ensuring guests have a remarkable and memorable experience.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members as well asdemonstrateresiliency to managedifficult situationsin all types of business conditions
• Responsible for taking beverage orders from guests, and servers, prepare drinks correctly, and return these ordersin a timely manner
• Responsible for developing andmaintainingpositive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests andTeam Members
• Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
• Backups up restaurant servers and help seat guests and take food orders if necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

• Must be19years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
