Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Reno is seeking a friendly bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers. You will greet guests, follow recipes, ring up orders on Infogenesis POS, and maintain a clean, organized bar while ensuring guests are twenty-one or older.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and quick, accurate cash handling are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
Must be able to move quickly up and down the bar.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner while taking their drink order.
Prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware.
Serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.
Keep the bar clean and organized.
Correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change.
Answer guest questions about the property and events.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and intoxication level.
Ensure responsible serving only to guests 21 and older (carding, don’t over-serve).
