Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Pittsburgh area seeks motivated bartenders to deliver warm, engaging service and guide guests through drink and food choices.

You will explain menu options, promote specials, and ensure every drink is made to recipe standards while keeping the bar clean and stocked. Flexible full- or part-time schedules offered with competitive wages, health benefits, paid PTO, and free meals.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service to each Guest from the initial greeting to the end of their Primanti Bros. experience.
• Explains menu choices, informs guests of promotions, and answers questions.
• Ensures drinks are prepared according to Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Rings up food and times delivery to guest requests.
• Ensures accuracy of orders after delivery and maintains bar cleanliness.
• Adheres to alcohol safety procedures and handles payments per procedures.
• Keeps bar stocked and inventories balanced with POS totals.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists and assists with cleaning tasks.
