Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos is seeking an outgoing bartender to provide a Damn Good experience across a full-service bar. You will leverage menu knowledge, mix and serve cocktails per Torchy’s recipes, and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly interaction.

Role requires TABC/TIPS/ABLE license, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and stamina for long shifts. Benefits include food discounts, health/dental/vision for full-time after 1 year, 401(k) after 6 months, and PTO after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
• Open to varied work schedules and hours
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must stand for long periods and walk for long periods
• Must bend/stretch/twist/reach for objects on shelves

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
• Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
• Provide prompt and efficient service, taking orders accurately
• Keep the bar area clean and organized and restock supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
