Torchy’s is seeking outgoing and friendly bartenders in Texas to deliver a Damn Good experience for every guest. You’ll provide full-service dining with menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, crafting cocktails, learning the menu, delivering prompt service, keeping the bar clean, restocking as needed, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
