Torchy’s Tacos in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking outgoing Bartenders to deliver a Damn Good guest experience. You will provide full-service dining, with menu knowledge and cocktail prep following Torchy’s recipes.

Learn the menu, engage guests, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while upholding safety standards. The role offers flexible schedules, a team-focused environment, and access to benefits for full-time staff after the initial period.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied schedules.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand for long periods.
• Bend/stretch/twist to reach objects.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.

The Torchy’s legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef, and a food trailer to now operating restaurants nationwide.

Here’s What We Need

We’re looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy’s recipes.

• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
