Torchy’s Tacos is seeking outgoing bartenders to deliver a Damn Good guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You’ll showcase menu knowledge, craft cocktails, and maintain a clean, organized bar while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have prior bar experience and a valid state alcohol-server license. Be prepared for varied hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for long periods as part of the job. Benefits after a qualifying period may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
