Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos is seeking outgoing bartenders to deliver a Damn Good guest experience with knowledge of cocktails and Torchy’s recipes. You’ll provide full-service dining with recommendations and ensure efficient, friendly service in a casual setting.

Hourly pay starts at $5.25 plus tips, with DailyPay, flexible schedules, and benefits for eligible full-time staff. This role involves lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
