Torchy’s Tacos in The Woodlands, TX invites energetic bartenders to join a Damn Good team. You’ll bring cocktail know-how, guest focus, and a passion for great service in a fast-paced bar setting.

Learn Torchy’s menu, craft drinks to Torchy’s recipes, maintain a clean bar, and collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Full-time roles with benefits after 1 year are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand for several hours and walk long periods.
• Bend/stretch/twist/reach for objects on shelves.

Responsibilities

The Torchy’s legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef, and a food trailer to now operating restaurants nationwide.

Here’s What We Need

We’re looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy’s recipes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

QUE‑SO…here’s What You’ll Need

• Previous experience preferred
• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
