Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Bartender for Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will deliver memorable hospitality, craft cocktails to recipes, greet guests, and manage beverage orders with accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience, deep knowledge of cocktails and strict adherence to cash handling and alcohol-service rules, while collaborating with hotel teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.
• Strong cash-handling and POS skills.
• Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes, specifications, portions, and presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and seasonal menus.
• Provide recommendations and promote premium offerings.
• Greet and serve bar guests professionally and efficiently.
• Enter transactions into the POS system and process payments.
• Follow procedures for inventories, comps, voids, and discounts.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, bar supplies, and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and participate in pre-shift meetings.
