Job summary

Ling & Louie's is seeking a talented bartender to join our Boise team. You will craft cocktails, suggest drink pairings, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Maintain a welcoming bar, manage transactions accurately, and work with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless guest journey.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and knowledge of mixology. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure beverages are prepared according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, glassware, and equipment.
• Check identification to verify legal age for alcohol service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with restocking and inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold company policies, including responsible alcohol service.
