Job summary

Ling & Louie's is seeking an energetic bartender for Meridian, Idaho. You will craft cocktails, recommend drink pairings, and provide memorable guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere.

You will ensure accuracy in transactions, keep the bar organized, and collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to deliver seamless service. Prior bartending experience and knowledge of mixology are preferred, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
