Job summary

Bally's Corporation is hiring a beverage server to take orders, mix and serve drinks, and manage payments on the casino floor and in bars. The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and adherence to safety protocols.

Candidates should be available weekends/nights and able to pass a background check and obtain a Delaware Lottery license. Compensation includes hourly wage plus tips and benefits typical for a casino beverage role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of money handling experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete work logically and independently.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, mixes and serves beverages per recipes for casino floor, restaurant servers, bars, and lounges.
• Requests identification from patrons.
• Requests appropriate payments and provides receipts.
• Replenishes bar stock and maintains clean, organized service area.
• Keeps knowledge of popular drinks and garnishes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures for casino floor, restaurant servers, bars, and lounges.
• Requests identification from all patrons
• Identifies when guests need to be cut off and does not over serve guests.
• Responsible for the mixing and serving of beverages in a service station capacity to Cocktail and Food Servers in a friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.
• Collects money for drinks served and processes payment according to established procedures. Provides guest with a receipt after processing order.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Portrays a positive and cooperative attitude at all times.
• Keeps service area stocked with supplies and keeps the work area orderly and clean.
• Maintains knowledge of the most popular mixed drinks (memorizes recipes) including the proper drink garnishes and is able to mix them quickly and accurately
• Verifies bar stock and prepares storeroom requisition to replenish inventory
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Union Representation: This position is represented by Unite Here and is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled

Starting Compensation
