Qualifications

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer required.
• Private club experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire (cost covered by Belfair).

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in pre-shift and departmental meetings.
• Support service staff as needed and perform additional duties as required.

With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro opening in June, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our exceptional team.

Position Overview

As a Bartender at Belfair, you will create a welcoming and refined bar experience by preparing high-quality beverages and delivering attentive, personalized service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
