Job summary

Belfair, located in Bluffton, SC, is seeking full‑time and part‑time Bartenders to join a fast‑paced hospitality team managed by Troon. You will craft beverages, deliver personalized service to members and guests, and participate in pre‑shift briefings to uphold service standards.

The role emphasizes cocktail knowledge, responsible service, and a welcoming bar experience within two Tom Fazio courses and a thriving private club culture.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Private club experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire (cost covered by Belfair).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in pre‑shift and departmental meetings
• Support service staff as needed and perform additional duties as required

With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro opening in June, we are seeking enthusiastic, service‑driven full‑time and part‑time Bartenders to join our exceptional team.

Position Overview

As a Bartender at Belfair, you will create a welcoming and refined bar experience by preparing high-quality beverages and delivering attentive, personalized service to our members and guests.
