Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following guidelines and policies.
• Act as cashier for bar orders.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and clean bar area.
• Ring guest checks and handle transactions per policy.
• Perform sidework and ensure liquor pars are maintained.
